For several jobs it is possible to obtain an evaluation for the Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as well as for the Federal VET Certificate (EBA). This is ideal for people who have not decided if they want to start an EFZ or an EBA apprenticeship.

Both the Coop and Migros company require the EBA evaluation of the according Multicheck Junior.

Introduction
For the aptitude assessment of the Federal VET Certificate (EBA), Multicheck offers a newly developed computer-based method. By means of this assessment, the basic knowledge and skills can be evaluated for an apprenticeship on the EBA level. Companies have the possibility to carry out the assessments on their own.

The contents of the assessment are the following

Language: writing and comprehension

• Spelling (recognize misspelled words)
• Comprehension (reading and understanding a short article)

Logical thinking

• Put processes in a correct order
• Recognize the wrong word in a group of words

Basic arithmetic

• Mental arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Simple word problems with addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Simple rule of three calculations, percentage and area calculations.

Concentration

• Counting symbols in a picture
• Recognizing groups of numbers

Practical thinking

• Recognizing emotions
• Matching items
• Processes
• Matching signals
• International knowledge
