Inventory for learning and achievement motivation and social competences.

This inventory is intended for employees who want to plan their career taking into account their personal characteristics.

It is intended for HR managers who need to know about the individual job-related skills of their employees in order to provide appropriate personnel training.

The inventory covers two areas which are essential for professional training and personnel development:

• Learning and achievement motivation
  Willingness to acquire new skills and achievement motivation are basic requirements for successful professional training.

• Social competences
  For most positions in professional life social competences play a decisive role. They need to be appropriate the desired position.

The Multicheck inventory gathers information in both areas in one sole assessment. This reduces the time involved for completing the assessment and facilitates the interpretation of the results. The time required for completing the assessment is
45 - 60 minutes.

Result
The result is presented in an easily readable report, as in all Multicheck products. The report has to be interpreted taking into consideration the desired position or professional training. To facilitate the correct interpretation a brief instruction is provided, which explains the significance of the individual scales of the report.

Completion
The personality test is completed in a Multicheck test center and takes about one hour. The result, brief instructions to help interpret the result and the bill are delivered by post shortly after.
